If there is such a limit, what is it and how is it calculated?

 

I think a Zap I’m building might have hit a limit. If I try to copy-paste steps it shows this error message

 

And when I hit Publish, it says: 

Cannot publish Zap

Contact support to get your Zap adjusted.

Help article about Paths: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288555917-Add-branching-logic-to-Zaps-with-paths

You can add up to 5 paths and 3 nested paths (paths within a path) in your Zap.
