Zap creates 4 ClickUp tickets instead of 1

Hello team,

some of our zaps create 4 clickup tickets instead of 1.
I have reviewed zap loops and it is not affected by a zap loop as described here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496232045453-Zap-is-stuck-in-a-loop#h_01HQ8MXQ2DB2GB6RY77ZRT3CK2

Could you please advice?

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT and timestamps for each step to help you troubleshoot.

@Troy Tessalone I am not able to find those Zaps in the Zap history. 
What do you recommend as a next step?

If you are not able to find the Zap Runs that are creating the duplicate Tasks in ClickUp, then check if there is an automation configured ClickUp that is creating the duplicate Tasks.
