Zap could not be turned on

I am not able to turn my Zaps on. These are very simple zaps so not sure what the issue could be. Each is bringing data from an email parser (2 separate inboxes) and then sending a message via Quo. The message in Quo is different for each of the mailboxes. Here are some snapshots.

Zap 2:

 

Setup with 2 inboxes - one for Airbnb Zap and another inbox for the rest (as text messages varies based on channel)

Looks like Zap step 2 TO field has an invalid mapped variable.

Email Parser by Zapier is not the most robust way to do email parsing.

@Troy Tessalone I fixed the invalid mapped field and checked the resources you suggested and I am using parse.zapier.com which is one of the recommended options. After making that fix, tried publishing but still got turned off.

In your Zap Editor, check the left rail to see the Change History section for clues as to why the Zap was automatically turned OFF.

Hey ​@chillinaway,

Can you show the screenshots of the fix and the results of the test? Also for live Zaps, check history to see what’s happening. Also see if it’s working in the test and that you are actually receiving the SMS.

Please also note that if you are sending messages to US numbers, you need A2P 10DLC registration. Hope it helps. If it’s still working, maybe you should apply a different logic!
