I’m trying to setup a new zap that start with a trigger on HelpDeskAdavanced.

Testing zap everything is ok, but if I try to activate zap, after few seconds the zap was deactivated and I receive a generic error notification inside my mail.

Also trying to use different actions nothing change.

Are you sure that you are not using any Premium Zapier App that is offered in the Paid Plans only?

Because with a free account you can test zaps using Premium Apps like Webhooks,etc but you must upgrade the account to the Premium plans to start using them.


Hi, HelpDeskAdvanced is indicated as beta and not as premium.

I don’t know if also beta apps can be used with free account
