Zapier cannot identify Hubspot User ID.
I created a zap that creates a ticket in HubSpot, using Zaper table to record HubSpot User ID.  IT has beening functioning for months, until recently the Zap no longer recognizes the HubSpot User ID.  I verified with HubSpot and the IDs are all valid.

  • I recorded all the IDs: Settings → Users & Teams → User Preferences → Profile
  • I also did export HubSpot IDs to double check.

Sorry to hear you’re running into that error. Hmm, if the Zap was working fine previously and there’s not been any changes made to it since, then could be a bug that’s developed. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team to investigate this further. They’ll be able to dig into the error logs for your Zap to get some additional details. If it is a bug they’ll be able to open up a bug report to flag this issue to the HubSpot app’s developers to get it fixed.
