Zap Brevo > Google Sheets : pulls the contacts form the wrong list

Hi,
I’ve set up a Zap pulling each new contact’s datas from a Brevo List to order them in a news row in Sheets.
Oddly, it gets contacts from other lists, and I cant’t figure out why. I attached a screenshot to make it clearer :)
Can you help me troubleshoot this?

Most times this happens because the Zap isn’t locked to the correct List ID or the contact lives in multiple Brevo lists. Re, select the list in the trigger, then add a simple Filter step so it only runs when the List ID matches. This fixes it in almost all cases.

Hey ​@DesignRH,

Seems like some kind of bug. Can you try entering list ID manually if it fixes your issue? Click three dots to change it to custom and then you can enter manually.

If not, you probably will have to make a webhook in Brevo and catch that in Zapier using Catch hook from Webhooks in Zapier. Here is documentation for Brevo Webhooks- https://developers.brevo.com/docs/how-to-use-webhooks. Hope it helps!

Thanks for your answer. I tried to enter the ID list manually -didn’t change the result.
I’ll give a try to Webhooks and will le you know it it helps ;)

Hey ​@DesignRH,

I think the webhooks will work. Use the Catch hook action in Zapier to catch that once you have made the webhook in Brevo.

Zap trigger steps sometimes return representative record data to be used to configure the Zap action steps.

Try configuring the Zap, then turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
