Hi everyone, I'm encountering an issue where my Zap auto-turns off even though it runs successfully. Here's a summary of what I've tried and confirmed:

🔧 Zap Setup

  • Trigger: Taiga – New User Story
  • Action: ClickUp – Create Task
  • Zap Name: (Copy) [CMS] Taiga → ClickUp

✅ Confirmed Working

  • Zap runs successfully and creates a task in ClickUp.
  • “Data Out” confirms task creation with correct values.
  • History shows successful runs with no errors.
  • All required fields (Folder, List, Task Name) are filled.
  • I'm currently on a Pro trial, so no free plan limitations apply.

❌ Still Auto-Turns Off

  • Zap turns off shortly after publishing, even with successful test runs.
  • No error banners or alerts are shown.
  • Task count remains at 0 in some runs, despite successful execution.
  • Simplified the Zap by removing optional fields — issue persists.

🧪 What I’ve Tried

  • Verified app connections (Taiga and ClickUp) are active.
  • Checked Zapier history and test data.
  • Created folders and lists in ClickUp to ensure valid targets.
  • Duplicated the Zap — same behavior.
  • Checked plan status — Pro trial active until July 28.

🙏 Looking for Help

  • Why would a Zap that runs successfully still auto-turn off?
  • Is there a backend reason Zapier disables Zaps silently?
  • Any tips to keep the Zap active or debug further?

Thanks in advance for any insights!
