Your Zap could not be turned on Linkedin Ads > Brevo

Hello,

I have created a zap between LinkedIn Ads and Brevo, I ran tests and everything worked.

I took a pro subscription, starting with a free trial, to publish the zap. Now it is published, but I can’t activate it, I have the error message :

Your Zap could not be turned on

When asking the AI chat, it says I can’t speak to a support agent, because I am on a free plan, but I got the pro subscription, so I don’t understand where the error comes from.

Could you help me?

Hi @Takethelead

Help link that covers reasons why you can’t turn a Zap ON: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496199466125-Can-t-turn-on-or-publish-Zap

LinkedIn Ads is a Premium Zap App that requires a Zapier paid plan to use in Zaps that are turned ON.

Hi there @Takethelead 👋

Just came across this and saw you managed to get through to our Support team and they found that the Zap is running into issues with the LinkedIn connection. Not sure if you’ve had a chance to give their suggestions a try yet, but wanted to share them here in case it’s helpful to you or anyone coming across this same issue in the future:

I've investigated the issue in the Zap CTMH25 and found that it is encountering a connection error with LinkedIn's API. This typically happens when the LinkedIn campaign or lead generation form isn't fully activated yet on LinkedIn's side.

Here's what you'll want to check:

  1. Verify your LinkedIn campaign status: Make sure your LinkedIn Ads campaign is fully published and active (not just in draft mode)
  2. Confirm your lead gen form is enabled: If you're using a LinkedIn lead generation form, ensure it's properly configured and active
  3. Try turning on your Zap again: Once both the campaign and form are active, attempt to turn on your Zap

Keep us posted on how you get on - want to make sure this gets sorted!
