We are fairly new to zapier, but have noticed our clients with yahoo or aol are not receiving our emails when being zapped from a Hubspot form to auto send an email. 
 

Anything we can do to help with this? There is no notification that they didn’t receive the email. Unfortunately, it makes us look bad as if we never sent the email like we tell them we are going to do right away.

Don’t use the free Email by Zapier Zap app integration.

Instead use an email app for an email account that you own:
