Wufoo Error: No options are available


Hello all, I am new to ZAPS and have been playing around with setting up a couple of ZAPS but for each zap that I try to set up I am running into an error at the configure stage so I am never able to test them out. Any idea on what I may be doing wrong? In respect to this Zap I am trying to setup an email campaign to my current clients. For anyone who has a similar need and have created a successful zap, may you please share your template?

About the Wufoo Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions: User needs to be the admin or have view/edit permissions for the form/report they trying to access
  • Paid/versioned account: A paid Wufoo plan is required to integrate with Zapier

Just checking in to see how you’re getting on—did Troy’s reply help to get you pointed in the right direction?

If not, I had a quick look at the help text for that Form Hash field and it looks like the field isn’t required:

So it would seem that the message you saw about there being no options available is more of a heads up that the Zap couldn’t load any form hash options for you to select, rather than an error that would have prevented the Zap from running. Were you able to skip past that Configure stage and finish setting up the Zap? Happy to lend a hand if you’re still stuck at all—just let us know!
