Hi,
I am a brand new user of Zapier. I have forms in WPForms with Zapier Add on. It is connected to NEON CRM in zapier. I have set the WPForms trigger and chose the form. The issue I am having is that I am not able to choose more than one of the multiple choice in mapping NEON CRM. I have tried the bot support which told me to use commas or | character choosing custom value instead of static. It does not work. I am only able to choose one of the multiple choice. Individuals that complete our forms online all have different multiple choice answers. All instructions by the support bot did not work. When I type in with the characters between, it does not accept it and shows blank when I click use xxx,xxx,xxx or xxx|xxx|xxx
Please help. I have been trying to figure this out for hours. Also some of the mapping I was able to complete (ones that are not multiple choice), are showing numbers and not the actual wording, which makes it difficult to know what it is when reviewing. Please help!

Thanks so much!

Hi @Liane

For us to have more info, post these:

  • screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings
  • the DATA OUT that is returned from Zap step 1

Hi Troy,
Thank you for the message. I have attached screenshots with details. Let me know your thoughts.

@Liane

You need to test Zap step 1 in the “Test” section in order to have data to map to Zap action steps as dynamic variables.

@Liane

Also, you will need to use lookup tables to translate the values from WPForms to Neon.

e.g. If you want to set selection for “Hospice”, then Neon expects a value of “865”.

Thank you Troy! I I will give it a shot. Appreciate your help!

Hi @Liane,

Keep us on the loop for this one. So we can troubleshoot further if ever that you need additional assistance. Thank you.

Hi @Liane 👋

Just wanted to check in to ask how things are going? Did adding a lookup table as Troy suggested help to get the right values for those multiple choice questions selected?

Keen to ensure you’re all set here so please let us know if you’re still stuck at all and we’ll be happy to assist further! 🙂

Hi Sam,
Thank you for following up. In the end I hired someone from upwork to complete all the forms and automation. So far so good. Thanks so much!

Thanks for looping back with an update here @Liane! We’re glad to hear that your Zap is now up and running!
