Working with Formatter "invalid syntax : Only numeric numbers are allowed" when working with Text

I’m working with Formatter and using the ‘Text’ option and selected a ‘spreadsheet styled formula” to get a calculation rolling to support :IF(CONTAINS([taxing state reason], "customer"), [Dock State], [Shipping State]).

Why is onlya numeric value allowed if i’m worming with “Text”?

These are the available Zapier formula functions: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496181204877-Available-spreadsheet-style-formulas#h_01JADEK5GRSCNG9ZMFXZK7F7CM

CONTAINS() is not an option to use.

Also, you need to make sure to enclose text outputs in double quotes.

e.g. “UT” and “RI”
