Hi @yamat

Help links for using WooCommerce in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/woocommerce/help

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field types and field descriptions/tooltips.

thank you for your reply.
I’ll show screenshot below.

Hi there @yamat,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I would recommend starting with the following steps:

  1. Update Your Plugin and Subscriptions – Please ensure your WooCommerce Zapier plugin is updated , as this is necessary to utilize the Trigger Rules feature: subscription resource article.
  2. Check Your Plugins – WooCommerce has identified certain plugins that can cause this error. Please verify if any of the plugins mentioned in their guidance are enabled on your account.
  3. Enable Detailed Logging – Activating detailed logging in your WooCommerce account could provide more insights into the cause of this issue. You can find instructions on how to do this here.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

Hi @yamat 👋

How did you get on with the guide Troy shared and those steps that Ken suggested? Did they help to get the trigger rules appearing in the Zap?

Keen to ensure you’re all set so please let us know whether or not you’re still stuck - we’re happy to help further! 🙂

thank you for your reply.

I don’t still resolved yet..

Hi @yamat,

Thanks for the update here.

I did some digging and found that this usually happens when you don't have the Subscription plugin installed. To use this functionality you need to install this trigger: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

Can you confirm that you have that plugin installed? If you do, you can try to disable and re-enable it then create a new account connection on Zapier.

Additionally, you might be running into a permission issue here. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check if any security settings are blocking requests from Zapier. You could also try creating a new WooCommerce account connection here, and try using that connection in your Zap.

Hopefully, this helps.

Hi guys, did you manage to solve this error? Im having this same issue, Im able to login and connect my website but it doesn’t show the trigger data.

I have two identical zaps, one is working fine, and the other doesn’t seem to connect.

Hi there @Disnaempa,

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the WooCommerce step where you’re getting the issue.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

Hi @ken.a sure,

My problem is the same as @yamat's. I can select WooCommerce as my trigger, but in the “Configure Step,” it keeps showing “No options available.”

The Zap worked flawlessly for over 16 months until now. I have checked the REST API and don’t have any of the plugins listed earlier.

Hi @Disnaempa,

I did some digging into this, and it seems like one user ran into the same issue and the hosting company advised them to turn off the foreign IP access restriction setting in the WordPress security settings.

Once turned off the REST API access restriction and now they can successfully see the Static option in Trigger.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
