Question

Woocommerce to Loyverse - UUID error from variant ID

Hi there, hoping someone can help😊

I’ve been trying to set up a zap to send new orders from Woo to Loyverse where a receipt is then created, but have had a number of issues.  The variant ID should be the SKU number to map the products but it looks like it needs to be a UUID. Is this correct?  The SKUs exactly match in Loyverse and Woo.

I also don’t want to add a discount id but this looks like it’s a required field. If I add the discount id it requires a money amount so I have put in 0.01 to make it work.

I am using a free version of Loyverse for testing for my client so not sure if this will effect it. Here’s some screenshots below.

Many thanks

Hi @jessflo

Help link that explains the expected variable value for dropdown fields: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241696141-Add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-Zaps

Hi Troy

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find a solution from the help link. The only way round it I could see was to map SKUs to the Loyverse Item variant in a look up table.

Jess

@jessflo

Yep, the help link indicates you need to pass the bottom value for a dropdown option.

e.g. 6 for “Jimi Hendrix”
