Hi,

i have a product which has custom fields created with gravity form, so when i have to create an order for that particular product with zapier, it does not fetch the custom fields can anyone help, providing some screenshots of the custom product and normal product, the meta data is also not providing those custom fields

When testing the trigger, are you getting the product with custom field BUT it is not being fetched or are you getting another product? 

 

Best way to test that would be to turn off the zap, create a purchase with custom fields, go back to the zap editor, reload test data, check the incoming data for the fields you want.
