Dear all,

 

Trying to create a customer invoice in Visma e-accounting with a connection to Wix, triggered by an invoice sent. The zap return this error - 4b0c5be5-3fe1-453f-a32e-81eddcdd1401. Any ideas how to fix, have been at it for a few hours and not able to,

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the encountered error.

It seems to be related to an error not being able to find any article information from wix

Hope this helps? I know it requires the article id, or name, but cannot find it as I am not getting this information from Wix through to Zapier (It seems).

Check your Wix Automation Rules is configured correctly to pass the desired data.

Or you can try using a webhook in the Wix Automation Rule: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-automations-sending-data-via-webhook
