4 per day x 30 days = 120 Tasks for a Zap with 1 action step

Zapier FREE plan comes with 100 Tasks per billing cycle, which is 30 days.

As Troy mentioned, the Free plan includes 100 tasks per month, so posting 4 times a day would go slightly over that. One option could be reducing to 3 posts a day to stay on the Free plan. Or, if posting 4 times daily is essential, upgrading to a paid plan might be the best fit.
