The first thing I ve attached was a google form then a Google doc with the transcription of a meeting and 2 chat gpts chatbots as there is some limitation in words regarding  what I read. As it was not working with one chat gpt chat bot I have decided split into 2 to see if the words limitations was the problem, but not really. The document gave me some info but not completed yet. Not all the things I have asked chat gpt. It has the tick in every step, so it is well connected and attached and the info was sent into a doc but not at all. There are plenty of info missing in the final doc.

Why this happen and how can I solved? Thanks

Hi @Alanwaysworks,

Welcome to the Community.

If you're facing issues integrating Google Forms, Google Docs, and ChatGPT via Zapier, several possible causes and solutions exist. API limitations, such as token limits in ChatGPT, may require splitting input into smaller, manageable parts and processing them in batches before combining the results into a single document. Ensure that no data is being truncated during the transfer between Google Forms, ChatGPT, and Google Docs by verifying that each Zap step is correctly configured and capable of handling the complete data set. Adding intermediate steps to log or store ChatGPT's output can help troubleshoot where data might be lost. Also, ensure the ChatGPT response is handled correctly, and consider using a code step in Zapier to manage the output if necessary. On the Google Docs end, confirm that the document structure can display the full content correctly. If problems persist, testing with smaller data sets and contacting support from Google or OpenAI may be necessary.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions or issues.

Hi there, @Alanwaysworks! 👋

How did you get on with Jammer’s suggestions here? Did they help to point you in the right direction?

If not, can you share some screenshots of the Zap showing the settings and fields for the ChatGPT actions? As well as an example of the output it’s producing, what’s missing from it and any error messages you might be seeing. That’ll help to give us a bit more context on the situation and allow us to better identify what might be causing the trouble here. Please blur/remove any personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Thanks, looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
