Just wanted to ask why new meeting summary trigger is not working? I have reconnected the connection, run a quick meeting multiple times to test but still its error, its in correct account, and this was just working last week i dont know what happened.

Referencing the potential fix from the article-

  • Go to the Zoom app marketplace and log in to your admin account.
  • In the top right, click Manage.
  • In the left navigation, under Admin app management, click Apps on account.
  • Search and select the Zapier app.
  • In the User & groups tab, click + Add Users. Add the user whose recordings or meetings that you want to trigger the Zap for.
  • Go back to Zapier.
  • You'll need to reconnect your app connection to Zoom. When setting your app permissions, make sure to select the Allow this app to use share access permission checkbox.
