I’m creating a zap that pulls from outlook (specific folder) and into our CRM (Affinity). I’ve tested and run the zap multiple times and there are no errors but the publish button is greyed out. Ive checked the connections of my apps and those are all fine as well. Not sure where the problem is.
Has anyone else experienced this before?

Glad you got the issue fix and want to point out that troubleshooting tip was the first section in the help link originally provided.
If your Zap is missing steps or doesn’t have all the required fields filled out, you will not be able to turn it on. In the Zap editor, a warning icon will appear in the upper left of incomplete Zap steps.
To turn the Zap on, you must finish setting up the step, including filling in all required fields. If you're unable to complete a step because you can't successfully test the step, learn what to do if sample data won't load.

Note: If you're currently trialing Affinity, you will not be able to access the Affinity API (and therefore use Zapier to integrate with Affinity) until you purchase one of the following subscription tiers: Scale, Advanced, or Enterprise.
For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined along with any WARNINGS in the left rail of the Zap Editor.
If you Zap is 3+ steps you need a Zapier paid plan to turn the Zap ON.
I tried manually toggling the zap on and it automatically switches off. Tried the steps in the troubleshooting article as well, but I appreciate you sharing it
Hey @LDaring, Peter here, with Zapier Support! If all of the connections are in good shape, then typically this means that one of the required fields haven’t been filled in.
From the screenshot of your steps, it looks like the ‘Search terms’ field in the New Email Matching Search trigger is empty. The Search Terms field is required for this trigger. Once you enter a search query you should be able to publish the Zap.
Note: This field supports the use of Advanced Query Search (AQS)
