I have a zap created under the 14-day trial that has multiple steps and sends me an SMS message when it runs. When my trial ended that zap no longer is visible in my list of zaps. However, it’s still running and sending me text. I’m wondering if anyone knows how to manage a situation like this or how I can things. Do you think getting the paid plan will give me access to my zap? When I try to access the zap via its connectors i get a message that says i don’t have premission to access the zap in account xyz and then. xyz is the account I am also logged into! I really like zap and will probably try the paid account just to see if it will clear up my issue but I am a bit hesitant to do so if I’m already running into support problems. It seemed like a very stable platform up to this point.
Hi
I’m Pavel from Zapier Support.
Free plans don’t allow Zaps with more than 2 steps — so when a 14-day Trial ends, any multi-step Zaps are automatically disabled. You’ll still see them in your dashboard, but they won’t run until you upgrade.
What you’re describing — where the Zap isn’t visible but continues to send messages — isn’t expected behavior. One common cause is having multiple Zapier accounts, and the Zap migh belong to another one (for example, a different email address).
If you’ve double-checked and it’s definitely the same account, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team here so they can take a closer look: https://help.zapier.com/
Hope that helps get things sorted out!
