Why is my Copilot disabled after creating a professional account?

I created a professional account for 29 USD a month and my copilot is disabled. I can’t seem to be able to ask this anywhere and it seems to be an issue not affecting so many people. There is a lock on my Copilot and it doesn’t say anything else. I am based in Switzerland, so maybe it’s a location issue. Anybody else had this same issue? How did you solve it?

I’m so sorry to hear that Copilot was disabled. I wouldn’t have thought it would be to do with your location 🤔 I can see that you’ve already reached out to our Support team about this though which is perfect. They’ll be able to investigate why it’s not loading and help get it enabled on your account.

Keep us posted on how it goes with them, want to make sure this gets sorted!
