Hmm, looks like the Constant Contact action is running into a 403 error, which can sometimes happen when the connected account doesn’t have the necessary permissions. 
Is your Constant Contact account an Account Manager? Asking as that appears to be required for adding or editing contacts, so wanted to double-check:

Thank you, @SamB! I verified that I do have an Account Manager CC account. I did reach out to their support, and they were unable to identify the source of the error. They suggested I reach out to Zapier support.
Thank you, @Troy Tessalone! I looked into this suggestion as well and don’t see anything in my Zap History. The status goes from “on” to “off” without even an action being performed. I just don't understand why the test works fine, but then the zap turns off.
