I have built a Zap to take contact data from Fulcrum CRM and create a contact record in Constant Contact.  There are no errors with the flow, and everything tests fine. I have a free plan but know that all of the steps I’m using should be available on the plan.  There are no errors in the Zap.  I have not forgotten to turn it on after editing it.  Zapier just appears to be turning the Zap off for no reason.  I have even tried reconnecting Fulcrum and Constant Contact. This is the error message I get. Why does Zapier turn off my Zap, and what can I do to make it stop so I can actually use it?

This is the Zap

Hi @Lkmartinez

Info about why a Zap may be turned OFF automatically: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496216132621-Zap-is-not-running

Check your Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Welcome to the community, @Lkmartinez🎉

Hmm, looks like the Constant Contact action is running into a 403 error, which can sometimes happen when the connected account doesn’t have the necessary permissions. 🤔

Is your Constant Contact account an Account Manager? Asking as that appears to be required for adding or editing contacts, so wanted to double-check:

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you, @SamB! I verified that I do have an Account Manager CC account. I did reach out to their support, and they were unable to identify the source of the error. They suggested I reach out to Zapier support.

Thank you, @Troy Tessalone! I looked into this suggestion as well and don’t see anything in my Zap History. The status goes from “on” to “off” without even an action being performed. I just don't understand why the test works fine, but then the zap turns off.
