Why does my community post keep disappearing?

I’ve posted a question twice. It keeps disapearing.

I had a look in the system and it appears that your posts were inadvertedly caught by our spam filter - sorry for any confusion caused by this! 

As they were duplicate posts we’ve approved only one of them, which can be viewed here:
