I use the templates provided to be able to add new rows to a Google Sheet when a phone call, email and SMS have been received. However, after a couple days and contacts received, the Google Sheet still has no new rows added.

Based on your screenshots, it looks like you do not have any dynamic variables mapped between the Zap steps.
