  • Why are specific entries not saved in Excel via Zapier from Ninja Forms despite proper configuration in WordPress?

Hello

I have a WordPress installation with Ninja Forms. For Ninja Forms we have the Zapier plugin. In Zapier it is defined that as soon as someone fills out and submits the Ninja form, that this record is saved in the Excel file in a new row.

This had always worked perfectly until now and we have two more such zaps where this also works.

But now we have noticed that certain entries are listed on our credit card payment receipts, but are not entered in the Excel file connected via Zapier.

Also, in the Ninja form, it is also specified that the entries are also stored in WordPress.

ALL entries are present in these WordPress tables.

In the Excel file, we have also checked if maybe something could be found via the version history (if maybe someone from our team would have deleted the entries unintentionally). But this is not the case.

Now I wonder where the error could be here.

I do not know where to look.

Good question.

Check your Zap Runs history logs to see if there is any record of the data and possibly errors.

Questions to ask to help your side troubleshoot:

  1. Is the missing data isolated to a specific date range OR ongoing?
  2. Are there common characteristics for the missing data?
  3. Were there any known incidents with the apps involved during the times of the missing data?
