Why am I receiving empty email notifications from my Zap?

Hello,

 

I set up a form on my website and embedded zapier to bounce that form submission to me and my teams emails. I randomly get empty email zaps so the form just has all the forms questions but no answers so I think its broken every time so then I go to my website and fill the form out and hit submit then when it do that i get the full form filled out so I do not understand where the empty ones are coming from or why.

    For live Zap Runs, check the Zap Run history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

     

    For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
