Hey @beardedlady,
Is the phone number in Data Out of Documented Completed trigger? Then you can dynamically map that value in the Add/Update Contact action. Here is a helpful article for dynamically mapping values-https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/31709122224653-Enter-data-in-Zap-fields. For you to map the phone number dynamically it should be there in the previous steps if you don’t want to hardcode some default value. Hope it helps!
Yes this is from the document completed trigger
In each GHL and and signwell, there is a field for phone numbers but it isn't showing up in Zapier
Hey @beardedlady,
If it’s there in the trigger then you can dynamically map it as I said in the previous reply. See more about it here- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/31709122224653-Enter-data-in-Zap-fields
If it’s not there you want to look into Signwell text tags- https://developers.signwell.com/reference/adding-text-tags. If adding those make them appear in Zapier, the you can map them dynamically. You may also want Signwell API if it’s not possible through the native integration to see if it can give you the desired fields that you require. Hope it helps!
Hi @beardedlady 👋 Did you manage to get the phone number field selected from the Signwell trigger?
If not, wanted to also suggest using a different test record. The one in the screenshots looks like it might just be the default sample since the Recipient Name and Recipient Email fields were empty. If the Signwell app doesn’t provide any real data to use as a test record then you could try using a recent Zap run for the test record, which should then allow you to map the missing phone number field (assuming it’s available when the Zap runs live). You can learn more about how to do that here: Modify test records in Zaps
Want to make sure you’re all good here, so please keep us posted on how things are going!
