When Creating New Matters in Clio, the app returned "You don't have permission to view custom fields.".

I logged into clio's admin account (which is supposed to have full control in terms of creating new contacts/matters) in zapier but I am getting below error whenever I try to create new contact or matter. (Creaing new activity works fine though.) "You don't have permission to view custom fields" How can I fix this?
