I have four Zaps setup to use WhatsApp Notification. Each one uses Inbound Email from Email by Zapier to activate sending out a message to a user’s phone number in WhatsApp. All of the Zap steps look as if it’s been completed with no errors but the user never receives the message in WhatsApp.

The phone numbers are all correct in the Zaps and they do receive notifications regularly in WhatsApp directly. All of these Zaps used to work correctly.

Try testing it again to see if it was some temporary error. Hope it helps!


It says there are no known issues and I don’t receive any error messages. The Zaps say that everything went through okay but no messages are received on WhatsApp.

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
