WhatsApp Notification error #100


I receive reservation information by e-mail, I want to send it via WhatsApp, but it gives error #100, please let's fix this, it is very important for me, my work is interrupted.

Looks like you might be trying to pass more data than just an Order Reference Number for that field value.

 

So, how can I send this message, by what method or method, please help me.

3. Customize your message

  • From the Template dropdown, select what type of message you want to send:
    • New Lead:
      • 🚀 New lead alert: [First Name] [Last Name] is interested in your services!
        • Email: [email address]

    • New Message

  • Once a template is selected, the relevant fields related to the template will appear. Complete all relevant and required fields.
  • Click Continue.

These are not working, please show me how to do it, there is no template available.

The chosen WhatsApp Notifications template dictates which field are available and those fields have validation limits.

You can’t change the template.

You can only populate values into the fields that are part of the static template.

 

  • New Order:
    • Hey there! 🛍️ Your order [order number] has been confirmed.

So, I won't be able to do what I want to do now, is there any way?  By the way, thank you very much, I appreciate your interest.  Please guide me, I want the reservations made on my site on my WhatsApp.

You are limited to the options available via the WhatsApp Notifications Zap app.

The WhatsApp Messenger app is not yet supported.
