I want to use integration to get my client's outlook email into MySQL database, It was not working well. Than I tried using the excel, data gets populated without attachment. I want to know what is the best way to do that.

If anyone can help.

Please provide detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order for us to have more context, thanks.

Please outline a specific example of the issue as well.

NOTE: Outlook doesn’t have a specific Zap trigger for new email attachments, so attachments on emails may be in ZIP files.
