Webhook not creating ClickUp task with custom field

Hello, I'm currently working on this automation: My Webhook is supposed to capture data from GHL and create a task in ClickUp to fill in the custom field within the task. However, it's not functioning as expected. Has anyone else attempted this? Thanks

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with screenshots with how your Webhook is configured in the source app.
