I’m trying to connect a Webflow form submission to Zapier but the form is not showing?

Seems like the Webflow API has been updated, it was V1 before, but now I can see the webhook is using V2 API, which isn’t recognized by old Zapier integration.

The update didn’t work at all. What in the world is going on?! The forms are still not getting submitted. 


Add me to the notification list as well please. Upgrading to the new Webflow App version broke zaps for my client. 

FYI for other folks affected in this thread: I was able to revert to a previous version of my Zap to get the Webflow forms working correctly again. Thankfully, I took the extra step to save version numbers of my Zaps, otherwise this integration would still be broken for my client. 

To the Zapier team: it’s pretty disappointing to discover this bug without being notified proactively, after my client received an email prompting them to upgrade. Are you able to re-publish the old version of the Webflow app (I’m using version 1.11.1) to help folks get their Zaps working again? That seems like a quick way to get zaps working again since the old API version is working through Jan 1, 2025.

It looks like the bug report has been closed and the bug has been resolved. For any users experiencing this issue, please refresh the forms field and reselect the form you would like to trigger.

No, the bug hasn’t been fixed. We’re losing tons of money because of this. You guys shouldn’t of sent us an email telling us to upgrade when this was in fact just a huge fail.

I’ve tested back and forth and nothing has changed, “bug” is still there. This is embarrassing.


Please add me to the list as well. I am new to this whole Zapier thing and the only stuff I need to do is to get data from Webflow to other apps. So I am paying for nothing right now. Not cool.


Same issue as everyone else here. Webflow-Zapier update is a disaster. As soon as I made the update, all submissions come through with an error. To be specific about the situation, I’m using native Webflow forms that trigger Zaps to push information to Airtable. The Zap no longer catches any data from the form. When I try to re-map it, testing my trigger fails and finds no data to use (even though there are tons of real form submissions). I get an offer of some dummy data that has all the wrong fields.

The whole thing makes Zapier - which I’m paying plenty for - completely useless.

Hi @ken.a @JammerS - I received an email that said this bug had been fixed, however it is not fixed. Still same issue for me. I just submitted multiple test form submissions on website X, and Zapier is not picking up ALL test form submissions — only like 25% of them. Trying to move from old Webflow API to the new one. Thanks.

I’ve just double-checked the bug report and, as @dreweastmead mentioned, it’s been marked as solved. 🙂

If it’s still not working can you please try the following steps:

  1. Clear the existing form selection in the Form field.
  2. Refresh the results that have been loaded.
  3. Then reselect the form you’d like to trigger on.
