Hi. I'm trying to link https://hwayang-hillstate.com/ this website to zapier and wpforms.

I've checked over and over again that the address of the api and the website is correct, but I keep getting an error window.

We hit an error adding your new account
authentication failed: The app returned "Invalid WPForms Zapier API key".

1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
3. Check out our help docs for more information

I tried everything in the link below, but I couldn't solve it. How do I resolve this error?

Hi @bam

Good question.

You can try using a new, different private browser to make the connection.

Make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces/whitespace around the input values.

Thank you for your answer. But the problem hasn't been solved. Let me ask you two questions.

1. You can try using a new, different private browser <- Can you tell me what this is specifically about?

For example, you can leave a link.

2. leading/trailing spaces/whitecpace
-> There is no space even when entering api and website. Please check the attached video.

Thank you! My crazy problem has been solved.

I don't know your age, gender, or face, but I think I can love you for now.

Have a nice day.
