Wati error: Check your template, it cannot have typos or blank text.

I am having issue while sending excelsheet to whatsapp with wati integeration.

Someone please help me to fix the issue.

The error message throws “Check your template, it cannot have typos or blank text”

Hello, I have same issue. I think the solution is map the variables of the wati template between Zapier and Wati… how is possible make this? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi @Chettinad Hospital and @Lonec,

 

Welcome both to the community. 
 
To address this issue, the user needs to map all placeholders from their WATI template under Custom Params in the format described in the editor. If the error persists, it is likely that one of the fields has a typo or wasn't mapped.
