I have this setup so that an email with a link to view live events on Vimeo gets sent out to a group of people. The trigger app is Vimeo, Type is New Video of Mine. Then filter for Live events. the email is correct and includes everything I need, however for some reason the trigger happens twice. Once when the event is created and again when I stop the event. There is only one trigger in my step.

Check your Zap Runs history activity to confirm the Zap is triggering twice for the same video.
If you are not able to adjust the filtering to prevent the duplicate Zap Run from firing, then you would need to log each video to check against in the Zap.
