Hi there @pristinecapital,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

To clarify the link from Docusign will work fine on its own when pasting in an incognito browser.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks

So more context, in the docusign envelope thee is a filed that holds the deal ID frim Pipedrive.

We use that id to find the correct deal to upload this file to.

(I have a random AI filed to help me with a date format to name the file. This is step 3.)

@ken.a LMK if you can help

Hi @pristinecapital,

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

It looks like the file wasn't mapped properly in the Zap. Please take a look at this guide on how to send files in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288813453-Send-files-in-Zaps

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.

@ken.a I figured it out. I needed to put a .pdf in the name not the file link….

However the zap triggers sometimes and sometimes does not.

And I cant figure out why

That’s great news @pristinecapital! Glad to hear that the file issue is now fixed!

Regarding your second issue, have you tried turning off the Zap and reconnecting your Docusign account to see if it’ll fix the triggering issue?
