Unable to use Zapier to my WordPress Dashboard


I have been trying for over a week to get Zapier to appear on my wordpress dashboard. I even created a new, clean of all other plugins, test site. It still did not appear.

Lots of searching on Youtube got me no further forward…………… If I cannot get the free version to show then there is no way I would pay for the pro version.

Plugins and permissions set but Zapier does not appear on the Dashboard menu. I even tried it on a fresh (test) site with no other plugins.

I wanted to use the kingsumo plugin using Zapier but I have given up. Too much time spent on this already so I will look for something else.

I have tried installing Zapier on three different Wordpress sites including a fresh site with no other plugins. The problem is that Zapier does not show on the Dashboard.

I have attached two images. One shows that the plugin is installed. The other is of the Dashboard menu.

Hi ​@Desmondo,

Here are the steps when using a WordPress dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Add New in the plugin dashboard
  2. Search for Zapier for WordPress
  3. Click Install Now
  4. Activate the plugin on the plugin dashboard

Also, if you are using WordPress.com's hosting service, new plugins can only be installed if you are on WordPress's Creator plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Zapier has been installed and activated, as shown in the image provided.

It does not appear on the Dasboard menu despite bein installed and activated, as shown in the image provided.

 

I appreciate you getting back to me but your reply but it appears that you have not understood the issue.

If the Zapier plugin isn't showing up on your dashboard, try clearing your browser cache, checking for conflicts by temporarily deactivating other plugins, or reinstalling the Zapier plugin to resolve the issue.

 

If none of these suggestions work, kindly contact our Support team to address this issue.

I have already tried all of these to no avail. Too much time spent on this already so I’m afraid that Zapier will not be getting used on our sites.
