In reference to the above. I have a similar issue. The zap works in test mode but will not let me send live. Each time I send live, it reverts to not live.

You can try some of these troubleshooting tips- 

  • Make sure have the plan to use the apps in Zapier.
  • Try reconnecting and checking permissions for your connections here- https://zapier.com/app/connections
  • Check for Zap run history for error that might turn off the Zap.

If it still exists, try reaching the support here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Hope it helps!
