Why hasn’t this been fixed in 7 months?

I’ve just checked on the bug report and it’s still open. I can’t give any sort of estimate as to when you can expect Nextiva’s developers to have this resolved by, but I’ve ensure that everyone here is on the list so you’ll all be notified as soon as they fix it.
In the meantime, I saw a reply in this related post that mentioned that the username for connecting Nextiva to Zapier is not the same as the one for logging into their app, specifically it said:
According to Nextiva's support docs - The username required to use Zapier is likely not the same username and password used to log in to Nextiva’s other tools (the Nextiva App). Contact your Nextiva administrator to obtain your username and coordinate a password reset, if necessary. https://www.nextiva.com/support/articles/zapier-faqs.html
That link goes to a 404 now so I’d recommend reaching out to Nextiva directly to confirm exactly what username should be used when connecting your Nextiva account to Zapier.
If you do reach out to them, please let me know what you find out.
