I’m trying to connect Nextiva to a Zap- it gives a popup to login but doesn’t specify if I’m providing Zapier or Nextiva credentials. After I submit either set of credentials, it shows this:

 

 

Problem is… I don’t have a username for Zapier! I log in with my email so I’m using my email address… what do I do?

The Nextiva Zap app connection expects your Nextiva account info, rather than your Zapier info.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try using your Nextiva credentials and see if it’ll return the same error.

Upon checking the issue, I see that there is an open bug ticket regarding the authentication of Nextiva sign-in. I already added you all to the list of affected users, and we’ll email you guys once an update is available.

I am having same problem, Nextiva customer support is no help either. Keep telling me to do certain things and nothing works. Please add me to the email list.

can you please add me as well?  its seems misleading to be publishing that you have an off the shelf integration with Nextiva when this bug has been open for over 6 months and there’s no workaround.
