Hi @Trimlightphx,
Welcome to the Community.
If you're encountering issues while setting up a new form to transfer data from Jotform to Jobber via Zapier, you can try cloning your existing Zap to streamline the process. To do this, log in to your Zapier account, find the desired Zap on your dashboard, and use the three-dot menu to select 'Clone,' creating an exact copy you can modify. If problems persist, it might be due to configuration issues in the new form. Verify that the form includes all the same fields as the original, as missing fields can disrupt data transfer. Also, ensure the Zap is correctly connected to Jotform and Jobber by testing each step within Zapier, and check that the form is live, not in 'Test Mode,' which can prevent functionality. If these steps don't resolve the issue, please provide us a detailed information about the errors, including screenshots, to facilitate further troubleshooting.
I hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.
Hi there, @Trimlightphx
Not sure if you’ve already got this sorted—if so, we’d really appreciate it if you could share what the solution was to help others in the community that might be having similar issues in their Jotform + Jobber Zaps.
Also, I’d like to correct the information in Jammer’s reply: we don’t have an option called “Clone”. The option you’d want to use is Duplicate. You can learn more about to duplicate Zaps here: Duplicate your Zap.
If after duplicating the Zap you’re still running into issues, can you give some more detail into what the specific problems are? Can you share screenshots of any errors you’re seeing, as well as screenshots of the settings and fields selected in the Zap’s trigger and action steps? This will help us to better identify whether there’s any issues on the set up of the Zap that could be causing some trouble. Please blur/remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.
Thanks, looking forward to your reply!
