Hi, I’m trying to change my email address on my account and i keep getting this error message - "unable to send confirmation email". Any suggests on how to fix? Thanks.

We have the same issue. Tried another browser and incognito mode but problem persists.


Same issue. I tried three different browsers and incognito mode on Chrome.

Does anyone have a solution for this?


This is also occurring with me as I’m trying to phase out of the company and assign a different email for the account.
