When I go select an Event (highlighted below) there are no options for me.

I tested my connecting - we’re good there. Here is the error message that I’m getting:

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap Step 2 is configured to have context.

Sorry for the delay, Troy - 

For my trigger Step 1 - this is what it reads: 
 

But when I go to ‘choose an action event’ there is a drop down box with no drop down options for me to select from. 

So there really is not 2nd step set up yet.

If you are part of a team on KW Command that may be the reason for the Zap trigger step issue.

You may have to consult someone on the tech side of things at KW Command for possible guidance.
