Unable to save edits made on action step in my Zap.

I have a zap which has an error. So I go to the editor of the action step. I go through the below process. But it doesn’t save the edit.

Now this is how I go…

  1. click blue edit zap button
  2. click white “send email...” step
  3. scroll down zap to this place
  4. click blue edit zap button
  5. click blue replace button
  6. returns with the old version

Try duplicating the Zap step, then delete the old Zap step.

Hi @nzer1

It may be more helpful to record and share a Loom.com video of your Zap issue.

It’s likely because you didn’t retest step 2 again.

When in doubt, test it out.

@nzer1

The Zap trigger is scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

Check your Zap Runs for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/
