Hi everyone,

My Meta Ads Manager started recommending that I finish setting up a CRM integration to improve my conversion rates. I followed the prompt and completed the Zapier setup.

However, after doing this, I started seeing errors in Meta Events Manager Diagnostics related to CRM integration. After researching, I realized I don’t actually need Zapier since I’m already using Klaviyo integration for my CRM/email automation.

Now, I’m trying to remove Zapier entirely. I have:

  • Removed Zapier from my Zapier account

  • Removed Zapier from Meta Business Settings → Business Integrations

Despite this, Zapier still appears in Meta Events Manager Settings and the CRM-related errors persist.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fully remove Zapier from Meta Events Manager so it no longer shows as an active integration?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @YoshiNYC,

Here is a helpful article about removing Zapier from Facebook Lead Ads- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496055920013-How-to-remove-Zapier-access-to-a-Facebook-Lead-Ads-account

Referencing the process from the article-

  • Turn off all Zaps connected to your Facebook Lead Ads account.
  • Disconnect your Facebook Lead Ads account.
  • Remove Zapier from Leads Access in Facebook Business Manager. You must be a page owner to do this.
  • Remove it from the list of business integrations on your account. It can take up to 12 hours for this connection to be removed.

If you’ve followed the instructions above and Zapier is still connected, you may need to force a disconnection:

  • Create a new Zap that connects Facebook Lead Ads to any app. You can use this template to create a Zap connecting Facebook Lead Ads to Gmail.
  • Connect your Facebook Lead Ads account.
  • Set up your Zap trigger and Zap action.
  • Turn the Zap on, then off.

Try these to see if it gets Zapier removed. Also give it some time as it may take up to 12 hours for Facebook to display the changes. Hope it helps!

Thank you for your reply.

Yes I did this all but Zapier is still showing in my settings of Event manager.

Hey @YoshiNYC,

Try to give it some time as it says it can take upto 12 hours. If the issue still persists, you can contact the Zapier support here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Hope it helps!

At least 36 hours has passed but still same screen is shown in setting of Meta Event manager.

This is still shown.
