Hi, I’m trying to create a zap: payment in Stripe > invite into Skool community. Customers are paying using Stripe BUT they are not receiving an invite email into Skool. What’s wrong?

If no can you share some screenshots with us, as Troy mentioned, so that we can take a closer look to see whether there’s any issues on the set up that might be preventing those invites from being sent? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.

Hi yes, all solved! I discovered that zapier pulls up past records so we use that email and it will trigger correctly. I was using a random email that’s why it wasn’t working (:
