I see Submission pic for a second but no time to click and then error take place how can I fix

To troubleshoot issues with Zapier and Webflow, confirm that Zapier is connected to your Webflow account through "Connected Accounts" in Zapier. Ensure the Webflow form is set up correctly, with unique names for the form and each field. Verify your Zap configuration, ensuring "New Form Submission" is selected as the trigger and the form name matches precisely. Check for any errors flagged in Zapier, and finally, test the Zap using the "Test this step" option.
