Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
Same problem here. And can’t see the Wix Form ID anywhere, even adding the form name from Wix then Zapier finds nothing. It’s simple enough to get the data from the old wix forms, it needs to be the same for new wix forms
@ACLip
Did you try this workaround?
Webhooks is too complicated and I’d have to buy premium
@ACLip
Other factors contribute to needing a Zapier paid plan:
Task Usage
Free Zapier plan has limit of 100 Tasks per billing cycle
I don’t need the premium plan, I need the basics to work. If I have to do the one and only task I need via webhooks, on the half dozen zaps I might need over a month then it’s useless.
The old Wix forms connect, your dev team needs to make the new Wix forms connect
NOTE: Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.
Since I don’t work for Zapier, I’m unsure whether Wix or Zapier owns the Wix Zap app integration.
I have opened a ticket in Support, this problem they need to solve. It is just not working.
Many thanks!
Good afternoon, @ken.a.
Jumping into this thread because I’m having the exact same issue… All the old forms work as a charm, but the new ones don’t even appear in Zapier.
I tried inserting directly the new form ID, but it doesn’t work either.
The form ID.
The behaviour in Zapier.
I really need to make this work, ideally by Zapier and Wix working on these “new forms” automations.
Hi @Gerir Saí,
The best course of action is to create a ticket with our support team to submit a bug report for Wix. You can get Zapier support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. We hope to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
